Visiting Asheville and wanted to go to Mellow Mushroom during Belle Chere but was 2 hour wait. Someone suggested Asheville Pizza and Brewing. Went there and there was no wait, no wonder, the pizza at Ci-Ci's is about the same. This was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. Frozen Digornio is better. Tasteless crust(like carboard) and it was burnt, hardly any sauce at all, orange cheese on a pizza mixed with mozzarella(not good) and bland sausage. The pizza was very disappointing. The beer was good. If you want good pizza, go to the Mellow Mushroom and stop by APBC later for a beer.

Asheville Pizza is shabbily o.k. The Beer is o.k., the pizza is too.Wife and I had a veggie pie their several months ago - there was a STRING in it. Probably from a flour bag, but still... the waitress was good about it, and the pie and bill was free. Waitress got a stellar tip for handling it so well.We still go back, but know what we're getting when we go. O.k. food.Kid friendly. If you're going to a movie, get tickets early.

I really like a night at Asheville Pizza. It's one of the cheaper, never boring, spots in town.. And I like to be able to drink a beer and eat good pizza while I watch a movie I only paid two dollars for. That said, if you're planning to make a night of it- go get your tickets early!!!! This place almost always sells out. Even on week nights. No matter what. It's amazing. I literally can't think of a night I haven't seen the sad "sold out" sign posted at the beginning of every show. Clearly, Asheville loves a cheap movie theater. Luckily, you can purchase tickets at the bar the day of- so I'd suggest driving by that afternoon, and then arriving 30-45 minutes early to secure seating. I promise, I'm not exaggerating..they could show a documentary about dental surgery on the Fourth of July and it'd sell out.

This place has delicious pizza and a great selection of other dishes on the menu. They also have delicious bar food...I'm solidly convinced they have the best french fries in town. For entertainment, there's the option of watching a movie playing in the game room, which is outfitted with air hockey, pinball, and DDR (to name a few). That said, go with the intention of enjoying the entertainment. The service is slow, and the atmosphere is typically pretty crazy. If you're just looking for great pizza without the experience, get it to go. You won't be disappointed.

This plce brews its own incredible beers and makes excellent pizza. I highly recommend spinach/artichoke dip for a starter. Don't eat here if you are in a rush though, the service is ALWAYS slow. After dinner, they offer a small theater to watch a movie in.
